Welcome to Ignite Athletic Club! We are thrilled to have you join our community. Whether you’re here to hit a new PR, improve your mobility, or simply feel better in your everyday life, you’ve taken the most important step: showing up.
To make your transition into the club as smooth as possible, we’ve put together this quick onboarding guide. Follow these steps to get set up and ready for your first session!
1. Download the Ignite Athletic Club App
Ignite Athletic Club has its own member app, which makes managing your membership easy. You’ll use the app to book classes, track your progress, and stay connected.

- How to get it: Head to the App Store (or Google Play Store) and search for "Ignite Athletic Club"
- Log In: Once downloaded, log in using the email address you used when signing up.
2. Complete Your Required Documents
After successfully logging in to the Ignite Athletic Club app, you can then sign the required waivers before you can visit the facility.
- Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.

- Select documents from the settings list.

Please ensure all waivers are signed before you check-in for the first time. The easiest way to sign the required waivers is from the app.
Note: All unsigned waivers can be signed at the kiosk upon check in.

3. Schedule Your First Session
Ready to sweat? Here is how to get on the schedule:
- For Group Classes: Open your Ignite Athletic Club app, navigate to the schedule, and book the class time that works best for you.
- For Appointments: If you are booking a 1-on-1 session or private coaching, these are scheduled directly with your Ignite Team Coach. Reach out to them to find a time slot that fits your schedule.
